Catering FAQ

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due no later than seven days prior to the event to
confirm the event. The balance is due no later than the day of the event previous to

Yes, in addition to accommodating more than 50 guests on site at our location we
offer off site catering services as well.

We offer several levels of catering services including pickup, delivery, delivery with
event set up (for an additional fee), and full scale all inclusive onsite catering.

We are located in the Fan District of Richmond, Virginia fronting on Main Street.

We offer street parking. We also have an open air patio that can be utilized in
addition to a full dining room and full service bar.

Yes, we offer fully customized menus to meet the needs of our catering clients.

We prefer to have at least thirty days from the day of the event. All events must
have at least a two week window from the day of the event to insure proper time for
planning and production

Yes, once a detailed quote is accepted by the client we will create a final contract
with locked in pricing valid for forty five days from the date the contract is signed.

Our executive chef and event planner has close to a quarter century of catering
experience. Our team's combined experience is many years beyond that, we have
catered everything from small events with a few people to large scale events such
as weddings, festivals, and large corporate gatherings with over 1,000 people in
attendance and everything in between. We can provide references from our
satisfied clients upon request.
